Dean Watson was previously one of the Directors ‘Active Timing’, a SportsTiming company based in New Zealand. Dean moved to Ireland (Cork) 12 years ago and launched ‘SportsTiming.ie’ with a view to introducing a fresh, simple approach providing an accurate & reliable timing solution to the Irish / European market.

With over eighteen years of timing experience, Dean has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing and timing a wide range of sports events from International ITU Triathlons to local club running events.

Our disposable chip system developed by Timing Sense works using UHF technology direct from participant's race numbers, cycle plates or helmets.
